Tarihçe 

History

   Our faculty was established as the School of Applied Sciences on May 25, 2015, by Decree No. 2015/7723. Its status was later changed to the Faculty of Applied Sciences on March 3, 2022, by Presidential Decision No. 5252. The faculty continues its educational activities with departments including Organic Farming Management, Social Work, Public Relations and Advertising, Customs Management, Emergency Aid and Disaster Management, and Land Registry and Cadastre. Our faculty is located in the Vocational School building at Iğdır University’s Bülent Yurtseven Campus, situated in Suveren, a region of Iğdır, a border province renowned as one of the heavenly corners of our beautiful homeland and a hub of cultural richness. The campus, nestled at the foothills of Mount Ararat, spans 3,000 decares of land surrounded by natural beauty and is 12 kilometers away from the city center.
